By placing an order, the customer approves Nordsimracing.se's purchase conditions and accepts the purchase.


Ordering takes place via the website on the internet as we do not have a physical store. Customers under the age of 18 must have their guardian's permission before the purchase is made. A minor who orders without a guardian's permission is not bound by the purchase, but will be liable for compensation for the costs incurred by Nordsimracing.se. The guardian is ultimately responsible for minors. Orders placed without consent in another person's name are reported. We reserve the right for any inaccuracies or misspellings.

Cancellations
The customer has the right to cancel an order before it has been packed/sent by the Store. After an order has gone out of stock after your order has been placed, a cancellation is not possible, instead sending the order back via Open purchase applies.

If you get in touch before your order has gone out for packing, we can cancel/change your order. Cancellation must be done via email to info@nordsimracing.se

Price changes
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, e.g. in case of major changes in exchange rates. Stocked products are always delivered at a confirmed price and if the price of a stocked product changes between order and delivery, the price that was when the order was completed applies. For products that are not available in stock when the order is placed, the order-confirmed price applies with reservation for price adjustments from the supplier or other circumstances.

Delivery time
Confirmed orders before 12.00 noon on stocked products are usually dispatched the same day or 1-3 days from the time of order (applies to weekdays). However, deviations from the above may occur in case of higher workloads such as Christmas shopping, Black Friday etc. The transport is not carried out with a delivery time guarantee. If the customer chooses partial delivery/pre-booking, goods that are in stock will be sent immediately and back listed goods as soon as they come into stock. No extra shipping or other costs are added. If the backlisted/pre-booked product is expected to arrive in about 1-2 weeks, the order will not be partially delivered, as well as if it belongs to the backlisted product. When purchasing non-stocked or backordered/pre-booked products, information on the maximum delivery time cannot be provided, it could be material shortages, strikes, holiday closures etc. that could affect as this is beyond our control.

Mode of delivery
Delivery to private individuals normally takes place via DHL, UPS depending on weight and size, from our warehouse (Dwelling time at delivery point: approx. 7 days). For shipments that are not triggered on time, a service fee of SEK 100 is charged for administration costs, (this may differ for different products and this is a cost that is in addition to shipping).

Right of withdrawal
As a private consumer, according to § 10 § 10 of the Distance Contracts and Off-premises Contracts Act, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you have received the product or a substantial part of it. This means that you must notify us that you have canceled your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the item. To notify us that you want to cancel your purchase, contact us via email (info@nordsimracing.se). The right of withdrawal means that you are allowed to open the packaging (no seals or seals) and examine the product to the extent necessary for you to be able to determine whether it meets your expectations or not. The product must not be used/damaged during this time.

If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping yourself. However, be aware that return shipping for larger products can be costly. Contact us at info@nordsimracing.se to get an estimate of the cost.

Complaint
In accordance with Swedish legislation, private consumers have the right to complain about goods that were faulty when the goods were handed over within 3 years from the date of purchase. Notification of a complaint must be submitted to Nordsimnracing.se within 2 weeks of the error being discovered. Defects that occur within 6 months from the date of purchase are considered original apart from physical damage that falls under handling errors or accidents.

If a complaint is not made within 3 years from the date of purchase, the private consumer loses the right to complain about the product.

Guarantee
The respective manufacturer's warranty conditions apply, one year with us. If the manufacturer has longer, the warranty can also apply with them over this period. In these cases, we ask the customer to contact the manufacturer in the first instance.

All guarantees specified are valid in Sweden and in cases where the product needs to be sent to manufacturers outside Sweden, we will help send these products there if this falls under the guarantee.

A warranty is also not provided on products that have been handled incorrectly or otherwise not used in the prescribed manner, this means that in order for your item to be covered by a warranty or complaint, the item/product must fall under the category of original error/production error and not fall under handling errors, accidents or wear and tear.

Other conditions
All products sold by Nordsimracing.se can be used in Sweden and follow the required specifications. We reserve the right to change/update these terms and conditions from time to time. Note that laws and rules apply to swedish customers in first hand. Terms and condition may vary from wich country delivery is in.
